Retrospectives, or just “Retros”, help teams continuously improve by reflecting on what’s working and what isn’t and identifying actionable steps for improvement.

Use this space to organize, track, and implement valuable team feedback.

Each retrospective is a chance for the team to reflect on the last sprint. During the session, team members add items under four categories: Start, Stop, Continue, and Praise. These items are tracked in a central database and linked to their respective meetings.

After the session, key takeaways are turned into action items to help the team improve continuously.
